Do I need any experience to start?
Not at all! Most of our members started with zero experience. Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to teach you everything from scratch in a supportive environment. You’ll be guided step-by-step by our experienced coaches.
What should I wear to my first class?
Just wear comfortable athletic clothing like shorts and a t-shirt We provide all the equipment you need for your
trial_ If you decide to continue, we can help you get a gi (uniform) at a discounted member rate.
Are there any contracts?
No lock-in contracts! We offer flexible membership options because we believe you should train on your terms. You can pause, downgrade, or cancel your membership anytime with no penalties.
Is Jiu Jitsu safe for kids?
Absolutely! Our kids program focuses on safety first Children leam at their own pace with age-appropriate
techniques, under the supervision of trained coaches_ We emphasize controlled drilling and have strict safety
protocols-
How often should I train?
We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week to see consistent progress. As you advance, you can increase frequency. Our flexible schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening classes makes it easy to fit training into any lifestyle.
Whats the difference between Gi and No-Gi?
Gi training uses a traditional uniform (the gi) which allows for grip-based techniques. No-Gi uses rash guards and shorts, focusing on wrestling-style control. We offer both so you can explore what you enjoy most!
