Pricing Basics
Memberships start at $50 per week, Casual visit is $35 per class, 10 class passes available at $300.
Yes! our default is weekly, let us know and we can set it up to your schedule!
No. Zero joining fees, zero enrollment fees, zero admin fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
No. If you decide to cancel, just give us 4 weeks notice, and you’re done. No penalties, no exit fees, no hassle.
None. The only additional cost is your first uniforms if you wish to purchase and support the team. After that, it’s just your weekly membership.
Payment Methods & Process
We use a weekly direct debit. You nominate a credit card, debit card, or bank account, and payments are automatically deducted each week. Simple, automatic, hassle-free, We can set it up on your choice of day!
Your first payment is due when you sign up and activate your membership on your preferred payment day. After that, payments are automatically deducted weekly on the same day each week.

Yes. Just let us know, and we can adjust your billing cycle to suit your pay schedule.
Credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer via direct debit. We use Ezydebit for secure processing.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing. Your payment details are never stored on-site – they’re handled by our secure payment provider.
We’ll send you an automatic notification, and you’ll have 2 days to update your payment details (or money to transfer into your account) before it will automatically try to debit again. If it’s a one-time issue (expired card/lost card), just update your info and you’re good to go. If payments continue to fail, your membership may be suspended until resolved. We incur fees for each failed payment.
Short answer: No, we incur a cost from our provider for each failed payment.
Membership Changes & Flexibility
Yes. Just give us 1 week’s notice, and we can adjust your membership tier and pricing. Life changes, schedules change – we get it.
Changes take effect from your next billing cycle (the following week). Just let us know before your next payment is due.
Need a break? No worries — you can pause your membership anytime.
- Minimum pause: 2 weeks
- Maximum pause: 8 weeks
- Notice required: 1 week before your pause starts
- All pauses must have a set end date
Perfect for holidays, injuries, or busy periods at work.
Please note: We don’t offer pauses over the Christmas period (2 weeks). All memberships will be debited as normal during this time.
No. Your payments stop during the pause period. When you’re ready to come back, your payments resume automatically.
In special circumstances (serious injury, extended travel, family emergency), we can work with you. Just reach out, and we’ll find a solution.
Our pricing already accounts for our closure over the Christmas period (approximately 10 days), so we don’t offer pauses during this time. Think of it as built-in downtime that’s already factored into your weekly rate. We reopen fresh in the new year, ready to go!
Just give us 4 weeks’ notice via email, in person, or by phone. Your final payment will process on your next billing day, then your membership ends.
Memberships are non-refundable for the current week once payment has been processed. If you cancel, you’re welcome to train through to your final billing date.
Discounts & Packages
Yes! If you have multiple family members training (kids, siblings, parents), we offer discounted family packages. Contact us for custom family pricing.

Occasionally, we run limited-time offers for new members (e.g., first month discounted, waived fees, etc.). Check our website or social media for current promotions, or ask when you book your trial.
Platinum Terms and Conditions
- Payments will be direct debited from your account weekly, fortnightly or monthly (default is weekly)
- To cancel your contract, you must give a minimum of 28 days written notice.
- If you are injured or away for an extended period, we can pause your contract. An end date must be put in place.
- Memberships can be paused for up to a maximum of 8 weeks per annum.
- Prices consider that Platinum will be closed for approximately 10 days over Christmas.
- Memberships are subject to availability.
