Platinum Terms and Conditions

  • Membership payments are direct debited weekly, fortnightly, or monthly (default is weekly).
  • To cancel your membership, a minimum of 14 days’ written notice via email is required.
  • If your membership is less than 1 month old, a 28-day written notice is required.
  • Please email admin@platinumbjj.au to request cancellation.
  • If you’re going to be away for 2 weeks or more, we can pause your membership upon request, please email Admin@platinumbjj.au – A clear return date must be provided.
  • Memberships can be paused for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
  • Membership pricing includes an allowance for the gym being closed for approximately 10 days over the Christmas period.
  • All memberships are subject to availability.
  • Custom membership options are available for Families, FIFO workers, week on week off and more — please contact us to discuss a solution that fits your needs.
  • Payments will be direct debited from your account fortnightly or monthly.
  • To cancel your contract, you must give a minimum of 14 days written notice. If your contract is less than 3 months old, you must give 28 days’ written notice, via email.
  • If you are injured or away for an extended period, we can pause your contract. An end date must be put in place.
  • Memberships can be paused for up to a maximum of 4 weeks per annum.
  • Prices consider that Platinum will be closed for approximately 10 days over Christmas.
  • Memberships are subject to availability.
