Platinum Terms and Conditions

• Membership payments are direct debited weekly, fortnightly, or monthly (default is weekly).
• To cancel your membership, give us 4 weeks' notice via email, in person, or by phone. Please email admin@platinumbjj.au to request cancellation.
• If you're going to be away for 2 weeks or more, we can pause your membership. Pauses are a minimum of 2 weeks, need 1 week's notice before they start and a set end date, and can total up to 8 weeks per year.
• Membership pricing includes an allowance for the gym being closed for approximately 10 days over the Christmas period.
• All memberships are subject to availability.
• Custom membership options are available for families, FIFO workers, week on week off and more. Please contact us to discuss a solution that fits your needs.
